We recently upgraded our online banking system to provide our users with enhanced capabilities. For security purposes, we were not able to retain your existing password during this conversion. The first time you login after May 19, you will need to use a special one-time password code we have assigned to you. If you do not know what your code is, please call your local branch.
After you login using this assigned password, we will require you to create a new password of your own choosing. Please remember this password, as it will be the one you must use going forward.
Can't Login?
If you're locked out because of problems with usernames or passwords, please call the Roswell Deposit Operations department at 575-622-6201.
For Mortgage Customers
If you financed your home with First Federal Bank, your loan may now be
serviced by Washington Federal Savings (parent company of First Federal).
Contact Washington Federal Savings at 800-324-9375 for information about
accessing your loan information online.
For Business Customers
If you're a customer that used to access both business and personal accounts online using the same logon, please contact us so we can set up access to all of your accounts manually. Call our Operations Department at 575-622-6201.
Problems with Bill Pay?
Online bill payments scheduled to run May 21-27 were delayed by a few days. We are now running payments on schedule. If you incur any late fees due to this delay, please accept our apologies and contact your local branch so we can reimburse you. Payments scheduled to pay on May 20 were duplicated in our system, but not sent to payees. If your account was affected by this duplication, a credit was applied back to your account on May 29.
Please Review Bill Pay Details
Please take a moment to verify all of your payees (merchants you pay through bill pay), make any adjustments necessary to ensure they are listed correctly, and verify the date(s) they are scheduled to pay.
Thank you for your patience during this transition.
